Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 12 golden sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible, then fold them into taco shapes. Crisp in an air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes or bake at 375°F for 7–10 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar; let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Crush sandwich cookies and freeze-dried strawberries together with melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each taco shell, and sprinkle strawberry crunch topping over the filling.
  5. Enjoy immediately or chill briefly for a firmer texture.
