  • 12 oz white chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 oz pink candy melts
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then coat the inside of silicone egg molds and chill until set.
  2. Whip heavy cream and cream cheese until fluffy; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in strawberry jam and crushed strawberries.
  3. Fill half of each chilled chocolate shell with the filling and seal with melted pink chocolate.
  4. Chill again until firm, then decorate with drizzled pink chocolate, crushed shortcake crumbs, and fresh strawberry slices.
