  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1½ tablespoons yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the hard-boiled eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by an inch. Bring to a boil, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  2. Once cooled, carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
