  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 drops neon green food coloring
  • 2 teaspoons green apple extract
  • 4 drops black gel food coloring

  1. Prepare your pan by lining a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and softened butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in neon green food coloring and green apple extract until well combined.
