  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through; remove from the skillet.

  5. Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
