- 2 1/4 teaspoons powdered vegan gelatin
- 2 1/2 cups brown rice crisp cereal
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

- Prepare an 8×8" baking pan by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
