  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 16.9 ounce bag mini M&Ms (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and 1 cup of mini M&Ms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared sheets, pressing additional mini M&Ms on top.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until slightly golden on the bottom. Cool on wire racks before serving.
