  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks; add to a mixing bowl.
  3. Stem the strawberries, slice them, and add to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes; incorporate them into the mix.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add them.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi; mix it in.
  7. Slice the bananas and add them to the bowl.
  8. Squeeze in lime juice; stir gently to combine.
  9. Add sugar if desired for extra sweetness; mix well.
  10. Spoon into plastic cups or containers and enjoy!
