  • 1 cup half-and-half or dairy-free milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup cooked chopped turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half (or milk), salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Layer the cooked turkey in the gluten-free pie crust followed by cheddar cheese and green onions.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the filling and top with additional cheese.
