  • 1 box puff pastry dough (2 sheets), thawed
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Lime zest from one lime
  • 21/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
  • Sanding sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lime juice, zest, and vanilla in a stand mixer until smooth.
  4. Place two tablespoons of filling on each pastry round and top with blueberries and halved strawberries.
  5. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown.
