  • 1 (8 oz) can chow mein noodles
  • 48 candy-coated mini eggs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Spray two standard-size muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave on medium-high power for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth. If needed, continue microwaving in 10-15 second intervals.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar and creamy peanut butter until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until fully coated.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin tin compartment, pressing down gently in the center to form nests. Place three candy-coated mini eggs in the center of each nest.
  6. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until hardened, then carefully pop them out and serve.
