  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and flour. Mix in melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of dough in sugar and place them in a greased muffin pan, pressing gently to shape into cups.
  4. Bake for about 14 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
  5. While baking, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over white chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for one minute. Stir until smooth.
  6. Once cooled, fill each cookie cup with ganache and top with two M&Ms to create bunny faces.
