  • 100 g kataifi
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 g milk chocolate

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them in half.
  2. Cut the kataifi into short lengths and toast it in a frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Mix the warm toasted kataifi with pistachio cream until well combined.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler until glossy.
  5. Layer the dessert by placing strawberries at the bottom of medium glass cups, followed by the pistachio-kataifi mixture, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
