2 pounds salmon, cut into strips
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons grated parmesan (or flour)
Olive oil or melted butter
1/2 cup honey
2–3 tablespoons hot sauce
1/2 – 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Green onions or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F and lightly grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
Place salmon strips on the sheet pan and season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan (or flour). Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy on top.
In a pot over low heat, combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Warm gently without boiling.
Once the salmon is done baking, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the tenders and garnish with green onions or cilantro before serving.
