  • 5 ounces soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • confetti sprinkles
  • nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by placing your candy mold on a stiff baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Coat the molds with melted chocolate and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
  4. In a saucepan, melt soft caramels with heavy cream over medium heat; stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Fill each hardened egg mold with caramel mixture, leaving space at the top.
  6. Seal with remaining melted chocolate and chill again until set.
  7. Carefully remove from molds and decorate as desired.
