Instructions

  1. Cut apples into 8 wedges each, removing cores and seeds. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces if using bars. Reserve a handful and melt the rest in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate until about ¾ coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Immediately press on your chosen toppings before transferring to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until chocolate sets.
