  • 1 box brownie mix (18.3 ounces)
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounces)
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, whole milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 34-37 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean near the edge.
  4. Allow the brownies to cool completely for about 30-45 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, arrange halved strawberries on top of the brownies.
  6. For the ganache, place chopped chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until bubbling around the edges.
  7. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
  8. Pour ganache over strawberries, tapping the pan to release air bubbles.
  9. Let set at room temperature for about 90 minutes or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before slicing.
