  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix gently.
  5. Pour peach filling over the baked crust and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Drizzle with heavy cream.
  6. Bake for an additional 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
