  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cups M&Ms
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well. Incorporate both sugars until creamy, then mix in the eggs and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are set.
