  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup dry apple vinegar
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
