  • 2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) white kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
