  • 200g turkey slices, torn into strips
  • 1 brown pear, cut into matchsticks
  • 125g Brie, cut into pieces
  • 34 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly spray a tartlet tray with olive oil.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets as needed and press them into the tartlet moulds.
  3. Distribute turkey slices evenly across the bottom of each shell.
  4. Layer matchstick pear over the turkey, followed by pieces of Brie.
  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
