Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then cool and peel.
  2. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, cream cheese, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
