  • 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
  4. For each square of dough, place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center and fold into balls.
  5. Arrange the balls in the greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
