  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz rotini pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil; sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and Velveeta; stir until melted. Incorporate mozzarella and cheddar until creamy.
  4. Mix cooked rotini into the sauce, then return steak to the skillet to warm through for 1-2 minutes before serving.
