Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  4. Pour filling over cooled crust, smoothing the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until nearly set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside with door ajar for an hour.
  5. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
