  • ½ cup finely diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey or chicken, diced onion, minced garlic, sage, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles (about 4 x 6 inches).
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on one edge of each rectangle. Roll up tightly and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush each roll with beaten egg for a golden finish.
