  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the sausage, dicing the potatoes, chopping the cabbage, slicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped cabbage, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and dried thyme.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth until everything is just covered.
