  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  6. Toss cooked penne in the sauce; adjust consistency if necessary with reserved pasta water.
