  • 1 package (2 sheets) Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese, cubed or sliced
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • ¼ cup Walnuts or pecans, optional and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary or thyme, optional and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch circles.
  3. Press the circles into a greased mini muffin tin and prick bottoms with a fork.
  4. Add Brie to each shell followed by cranberry sauce and optional nuts.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool briefly, then garnish with herbs and drizzle with honey if desired.
