  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel
  • 1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (1-ounce) pack taco seasoning
  • 1 (1-ounce) pack ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and ranch seasoning thoroughly. Pour in beef broth followed by Rotel, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, and corn; stir well.
  4. Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
