  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted for brushing, optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until slightly larger than its original size.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out pastry and add a thin layer of raspberry preserves.
