  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed and divided)
  • 14.4 ounces graham crackers
  • Optional: Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with whole graham crackers.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers evenly.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Finish with one last layer of graham crackers and spread the rest of the whipped topping on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with optional chopped pistachios.
