  • 1/2 can white beans
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
