  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil for searing
  • 8 slices turkey or beef turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and fill with the cheese mixture. Secure if necessary.
  4. Wrap each stuffed breast with turkey or beef turkey  bacon.
  5. Sear wrapped chicken in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
