Ingredients

  • 3 boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sticks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp sliced green olives
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or labneh
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 8-10 minutes until cooked to your preference. Cool under cold running water, peel, and halve.
  2. Cut the cucumber into sticks and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Arrange the halved boiled eggs on a serving plate. Add cucumber sticks, halved tomatoes, sliced olives, and dollops of cream cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
