  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer batter to a piping bag and fill each donut well.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until donuts spring back when touched. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and set on a rack to harden.
