  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 pinches Ground Black Pepper

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger and turmeric roots; chop them roughly.
  2. Peel the lemon and oranges, removing any seeds and bitter pith.
  3. In a high-powered blender, combine the chopped roots, citrus juices, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a cup or pitcher.
  5. Divide the strained juice into small sealable vials (60 ml each) and add a pinch of black pepper to each vial to enhance absorption.
