- 1 bunch (10 oz) fresh spinach
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- Trim the ends of the spinach and slice into 2-inch pieces.
- Bring water with salt to a boil in a pot. Blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds until wilted.
