  • 3 TBSP coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Lime zest (to taste)

Instructions
