  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 24 ounces cream cheese (brick-style)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) or adjust to 325°F (170°C) for convection ovens.
  2. Wrap a springform pan tightly with aluminum foil and prepare the crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add sour cream, instant coffee powder, and eggs one at a time until fully blended.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Allow to cool gradually before chilling in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
