  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • â…“ cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or bowl, beat together unsalted butter, white sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and cocoa powder on low speed.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and chill the dough for about 45–60 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop out portions of dough onto the prepared sheets and bake for 10–11 minutes.
