Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chill butter, heavy cream, and eggs. Whisk together heavy cream, one egg, and egg yolk; set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt; pulse until mixed.
  3. Add butter: Add chilled butter to flour mixture; pulse until combined with some larger pieces remaining.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: Slowly add the cream and egg mixture; pulse until a dough forms.
  5. Chill dough: Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze for about 30 minutes.
