  • 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • orange food coloring

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla; stir until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and orange food coloring until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl gently.
  5. Add the remaining brownie batter and repeat swirling. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
