  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 12 Tbsp sriracha
  • 23 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ½1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Rice (for serving)
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey for the bang bang sauce. Chill it until ready.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and corn starch; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble your rice bowls by placing rice at the base and layering with the turkey mixture and selected toppings. Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce.
