  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Add grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
