  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix thoroughly using a large spoon or your hands until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a golden finish.
