  • 3 ½ cups White chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • ¼ cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • special occasion sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper and buttering the bottom and sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat the sweetened condensed milk while stirring continuously until warmed through.
  3. Add white chocolate chips to the heated milk and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in brown sugar, spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves), molasses, and vanilla extract; heat while stirring until sugar dissolves completely (about 10 minutes).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set, then cut into squares.
