  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 45 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by covering them with cold water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice water bath for 10-15 minutes before peeling.
  3. Cut the peeled eggs in half and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, mashed roasted garlic, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
