1 chicken breast, cubed
red bell pepper, sliced
yellow bell pepper, sliced
onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add cubed chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in sliced bell peppers and soy sauce; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
